Getting Started with ordering your Treasure Memories Tribute.

When placing an order, submit all materials needed to complete the project.

Gather information  

Their name, birthday/death date; did they have a favorite color(s), or belong to  an organization.

Select a Heading

(ex,) In Loving Memory; Celebrating The Life of; Gone Too Soon etc. 

Digital Photos on Flash Drive or sent to us via email

Organize all image files in the order you wish them to be presented and number their individual file appropriately.

Photo Sequence Special Instructions Print Photos & Scanning

Scanning includes basic photo editing; red eye removal, color correction, cropping, etc. Number your photos individually on the BACK of each photo with a pen or marker in the order that you wish to have the photo seen, please indicate the first photo of your loss loved one to be used. Please do not write on the front of your photos with an pen place any labels on the front of the photos. 

Music Selection

 If you own the music on a CD, please provide the CD that contains the songs you wish to use for your production. If you do not own the songs, we can purchase the songs for an additional $1.29 per song. If you are unsure of the number of songs your slideshow will require, please contact us and we will assist you.

Check your DVD Player

Check Your DVD Player: Please verify the type of DVD media your DVD player can play. This will avoid problems once your order is returned to you. The compatible DVD media types are listed (DVD+R, DVD-R or both). 

Production Time 

The estimated time for production completion is 2 business days from the date we receive all materials. During the winter holiday season (November through December), our turnaround time can be up to 3 business days. If you need your order returned in less than 2 business days, please contact us.
